Hello! My name is Alisa and I’m thrilled that you’re here to learn more about me and my pet grooming shop. With 7 years of experience working in various shops in Lancaster and Lebanon County, I was overjoyed to have the opportunity to open my own shop and pursue my passion.
As someone who was adopted from Ukraine along with my younger siblings, I never had the chance to have a pet of my own growing up. However, the loving dog named Rosie at the orphanage where I grew up captured my heart, and I would sneak in a quick Boop on her nose whenever I could.
My love for animals led me to pursue a career in dog grooming, where I make it my mission to treat every dog with love and respect. I believe that all pets deserve the best possible care, and I take the time to establish a trusting relationship with each one that walks through my doors. During grooming sessions, I make sure to create a comfortable and relaxed environment for your furry friend.
At my shop, I offer a variety of grooming services for dogs of any size or breed, and I am happy to tailor my services to meet the specific needs for your pup. Unfortunately at this time I am not excepting any other types of furry friends. I do plan on grooming cats and exotics in the future.
I have my own furry friends at home, a beautiful cat named Mia and a little Frenchie named Summer. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me and my shop. I look forward to meeting you and your furry companion soon, and providing them with the best possible care!
MEET BETHANY
I’ve loved animals my entire life. Growing up, I had a pet rabbit named Flipflop and a beagle named Carly, and at 13, I volunteered at a horse farm—a defining experience that deepened my appreciation for all creatures. That early passion led me to train under Alisa in 2021. While working as a bather, I honed my skills and fell in love with the process of grooming, discovering how fulfilling it is to help each dog look and feel its very best.
I especially enjoy working with Samoyeds; their beautiful, fluffy coats demand extra care and patience, but seeing them leave happy and stunning is always worth it. For nervous or shy pups, I use a calm, gentle touch and soft, reassuring talk, making sure they feel safe and relaxed during every step of the grooming process.
Outside of work, I share my home with Sasha, my American Pitty, who inspires me daily to bring out the best in every dog I meet. Whether it’s a full makeover or a simple trim, my goal is to create a positive, nurturing experience for every pup. I can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our salon, and I’m committed to making sure they leave looking and feeling fantastic!
MEET KATE
Hi! My name is Kate and I started pet grooming in 2024. I graduated with a degree in social work in 2022 and was both working and volunteering at different equine therapy centers when I realized my love for working with animals was too big to ignore. I decided to go to grooming school, get certified, and I absolutely fell in love with the work.
Being around animals has always been my favorite thing to do, and the idea that I get to do that every day brings me so much joy.
I especially love working with pets that have anxiety, poor previous grooming experiences, or sensitivities that may require extra care. Creating a space where they can feel safe and loved through self-regulation and patience is the most rewarding aspect of this career for me.
MEET JELIS
My love for dogs is what naturally led me into grooming, and over the years it’s become something I take a lot of pride in. I’m self-taught through hands-on experience, dedication, and constantly pushing myself to learn better techniques. With four dogs of my own, caring for animals isn’t just part of my job — it’s part of my everyday life. That experience has taught me patience, awareness of different personalities, and how important trust is when working closely with pets.
What I enjoy most about grooming is creating a calm, stress-free environment where dogs feel safe and understood. I pay close attention to how each dog responds and adjust my approach to fit their needs rather than rushing the process. I have a special appreciation for doodles and enjoy working with their coats while keeping them healthy, manageable, and comfortable.
Outside of grooming, I love riding ATVs and exploring new places, which reflects my hands-on, adventurous personality. That same energy shows in my work ethic — I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about the dogs I work with. Grooming isn’t something I fell into; it’s something I’ve built through passion, consistency, and real experience.
